This initiative is designed to groom the next generation of field supervisors and administrative clerks through a comprehensive 3 to 4-month professional development curriculum.

2. Physical Health: Candidates must be physically and mentally fit, with a mandatory requirement of being free from color blindness.
3. Marital Status: Applicants must be unmarried and maintain this status for the duration of the service bond.
4. Commitment:
* Willingness to undergo an intensive 3–4 month training program.
* Willingness to fulfill a 2-year service bond.
