We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Technician Administrator to join our team at our Head Office in Sunter, North Jakarta. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless operation of our technical workflows and facility maintenance standards.
Core Responsibilities
The Technician Administrator will be responsible for balancing operational administrative tasks with technical facility oversight, including:
* Administrative Management: Compiling technical reports and maintaining organized records of all maintenance activities.
* Preventive Maintenance Scheduling: Planning and monitoring the execution of routine maintenance programs.
* Asset Control: Managing technical documentation, inventory, spare parts, and equipment logistics.
* Team Support: Coordinating with field technicians to ensure operational efficiency and project completion.
* Facility Maintenance: Monitoring and assisting in the upkeep of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC (AC) installations.
* Operational Backup: Providing support for basic technical troubleshooting and serving as a backup technician when necessary.
Professional Qualifications

* Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
* Experience: At least one year of professional experience as a technician, with a focus on building maintenance.
* Technical Knowledge: Foundational understanding of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems.
* Software Proficiency: Strong competence in Microsoft Office, with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Soft Skills: High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Availability: Must be willing to work a Monday through Saturday schedule.
