## Position Overview: Production Operator
We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to support our active production floor. In this role, you will play a vital part in manufacturing high-quality water infrastructure systems that serve diverse industries throughout the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently on the production floor.
* Perform daily fabrication tasks using hand tools, power tools, and workshop machinery.
* Collaborate closely with team members to meet production targets and maintain rigorous quality standards.
* Adhere strictly to company safety protocols, operational guidelines, and scheduling demands.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
* Experience: Prior experience working as a mechanical fitter or in a similar manufacturing role is a strong advantage.
* Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in handling workshop tools, specifically angle grinders and standard fabrication equipment.
* Familiarity with welding machinery; practical welding capability is highly preferred.
* Soft Skills: High level of accuracy, strong personal discipline, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
* Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in a dynamic production facility and adaptable to shifting operational requirements.
