PT Tirta Fresindo Jaya is currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to join the team as a Technical Trainer. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bridging skill gaps and empowering factory personnel with cutting-edge technical knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
* Program Development & Execution: Design, formulate, and execute comprehensive technical training programs tailored specifically for factory employees.
* Specialized Instruction: Deliver high-quality training sessions covering machinery operation, equipment handling, routine maintenance, and core technical processes across the plant floor.
* Performance Evaluation: Measure training effectiveness and continuously assess the competency levels of participating staff members.
* Needs Analysis: Identify organizational training requirements by evaluating operational competency gaps on-site.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Maintenance, Production, and other relevant departments to align training with plant goals.
* Continuous Improvement: Monitor existing curricula and implement ongoing enhancements to maximize the impact of technical development programs.
Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Hold at least a D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
* Professional Experience: Prior hands-on experience in technical training, equipment maintenance, engineering, or production within a manufacturing setting serves as a strong advantage.
* Technical Acumen: Possess a solid understanding of production machinery fundamentals, maintenance strategies, and overall plant operational workflows.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the talent to structure and deliver engaging educational material effectively.

Work Arrangement & Location
* Work Location: Secang, Central Java
