1. Tax Associate
This role is essential for ensuring fiscal compliance and operational efficiency.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage PPh (21, 23, 4(2), 25) and VAT processes, perform SAP system reconciliations, maintain vendor tax databases, and support both internal and external audit requirements.
* Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Proficiency in e-SPT and tax reporting is required. Brevet A & B certification and SAP experience are distinct advantages.
2. Purchasing & Importation Associate
Manage the critical link between global supply chains and local operational success.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee price negotiations, monitor inventory levels (SOH), handle export-import licensing, manage customs documentation (PIB/PEB), and reconcile vendor payments.
