Engineering & Technical Leadership Roles
* Team Leader: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; 20+ years of experience (YOE), with 10+ years in final design and construction of ports/supply bases. Fluent English is mandatory.
* Breakwater Engineer: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Marine focus); 15+ YOE, with 10+ years in breakwater design and two+ port project involvements.
* Jetties Engineer: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; 15+ YOE, with 10+ years in marine structure design and two+ port project involvements.
* Yard, Buildings & Infrastructure Engineer: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; 15+ YOE, with 10+ years in land-based infrastructure design, including tank farms and fueling stations.
* Mechanical Engineer: Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering; 15+ YOE, with 10+ years in design/review of supply base mechanical equipment.
* Electrical Engineer: Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering; 15+ YOE, with 5+ years in electrical installation/distribution design for ports.
* Geotechnical Engineer/Geologist: Bachelor’s in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering; 15+ YOE, with 10+ years in port project design.
* Hydrographical Engineer/Dredging Expert: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; 20+ YOE, with 10+ years in marine surveying, dredging, and construction review.
Management & Project Support Roles
* Contract Specialist: Bachelor’s in Contract Management; 20+ YOE in large-scale construction; expert knowledge of FIDIC-based contracts.
* Planning Specialist: Bachelor’s in Planning Management; 15+ YOE; proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
* Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist: Bachelor’s in Environmental Engineering/Science; 20+ YOE in environmental impact assessments and mitigation strategies for port/infrastructure projects.
* IT Specialist: Bachelor’s in IT/Electronics; 15+ YOE, with 5+ years in supply base/port IT systems, including navigation and logistics software.
Construction & Site Execution Roles
* Resident Engineer: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; 20+ YOE, with 10+ years in marine construction (jetties, breakwaters, etc.).
* Jetties & Breakwater Engineers (Construction Focus): Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; 15+ YOE, with 6+ years in port/marine construction.
* Yard & Infrastructure Engineer: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; 15+ YOE, with 6+ years in port/marine infrastructure construction.
* Building Engineer: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; 15+ YOE, with 6+ years in commercial or infrastructure building construction.
* Mechanical & Electrical Engineers (Construction Focus): Bachelor’s in relevant engineering fields; 15+ YOE, with 6+ years in installation and construction supervision for port utilities and networks.
* IT Specialist (Site Operations): Bachelor’s in IT/Electronics; 15+ YOE, with 6+ years in implementing IT infrastructure for port operations.
