## Join Our Team: Safety Officer (Geothermal)
Truelogs Logistik Asia is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Safety Officer to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining our rigorous safety standards and ensuring strict regulatory compliance within our specialized geothermal operations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Safety Officer, you will serve as the primary guardian of our onsite safety protocols. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Risk Mitigation: Developing comprehensive Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Task Risk Assessment (TRA) documentation prior to the initiation of any work.
* Operational Compliance: Managing the Permit to Work (PTW) process, from preparation and submission to final closure upon task completion.
* Equipment Oversight: Conducting thorough inspections of work equipment to verify valid certifications and overall operational competency.
* Safety Enforcement: Leading Pre-Job Safety Meetings (PJS) and performing critical H₂S gas measurements to ensure a secure environment for all personnel.
* Performance Tracking: Maintaining meticulous records of field HSE activities and preparing detailed performance reports.
* Training and Development: Facilitating ongoing HSE awareness programs and training sessions for field teams.
* Personal Protection: Ensuring that every worker is equipped with the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) appropriate for the specific project requirements.
Professional Qualifications
To excel in this position, candidates must demonstrate a strong background in high-risk industrial safety. We require the following:
1. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Safety Officer within the oil and gas sector, with specific expertise in oil well operations.
2. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to draft HIRADC and JSA documents.
3. System Knowledge: A comprehensive understanding of the Pertamina Permit to Work (PTW) system.
4. Certifications: Possession of a valid Oil & Gas HSE Certification is mandatory.
5. Specialized Training: Must have successfully completed SIKA training.
6. Preferred Assets: Previous involvement in Pertamina Geothermal Energy projects is considered a significant advantage.
