## Current Vacancies
We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill several key roles across our production, safety, and engineering departments. All positions are based at our site in Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra.
1. Production and Technical Operations
* Bagging Operator (Soap): Manage product transfer, operate bagging machinery, ensure SAP transaction accuracy, and uphold housekeeping standards. Requires an SMA/SMK or D3 background in Engineering/Science.
* Technical Operator (Fatty Alcohol): Operate plant equipment safely, ensure production targets are met, and provide troubleshooting support. Open to D3/S1 graduates in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Technical Operator (Tank Farm): Execute bulk liquid loading (isotanks/flexibags) and maintain rigorous safety and quality compliance. Requires D3/S1 in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with experience in liquid product handling.
* Technical Operator (Dove): Monitor and control manufacturing parameters to meet premium quality specifications. Requires D3/S1 in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering with a background in TPM and QMS.
2. Leadership and Management Roles
* Team Leader (Natural Surfactant): Lead shift operations, supervise production processes (Amidoamine/Betaine), and ensure strict adherence to HSE standards. Requires a D3/S1 degree and at least 3 years of relevant chemical plant experience.
* Operation Governance Assistant Manager: Drive KPI governance, lead Management of Change (MOC) initiatives, and ensure reporting transparency. Requires an S1 degree in Chemical or Industrial Engineering with 5 years of experience in batch chemical processing.
* Safety Downstream Assistant Manager: Champion a world-class safety culture, lead contractor safety programs, and manage environmental compliance. Requires a relevant degree (K3/Engineering) and 3+ years of SHE experience in an industrial setting.
* Process Engineer Downstream Assistant Manager: Spearhead process optimization to boost efficiency and lead new equipment installation projects. Requires an S1 degree in Chemical/Industrial Engineering and 3+ years of professional process engineering experience.
