1. Mine Engineer
The Mine Engineer plays a pivotal role in ensuring our operations are efficient, sustainable, and aligned with our corporate objectives. You will be responsible for life-of-mine planning, production scheduling, and the implementation of high-quality engineering designs.
* Optimize mineral reserves to maximize economic outcomes, including IRR and NPV, while ensuring adherence to Good Mining Practices.
* Develop comprehensive mining hill designs using geological data such as block models, ore distribution, and stripping ratios.
* Create robust short-term, medium-term, and long-term mine plans, incorporating equipment requirements and capital expenditure (Capex) forecasts.
* Collaborate on mine budgeting and control, ensuring project budget optimization through accurate production and cost profiling.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mining Engineering.
* Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience.
* Possession of a Pengawas Operational Pratama (POP) certification.
* Advanced proficiency in mining software such as Vulcan, Surpac, Deswik, Whittle, MineMax, and MineSched, alongside standard project management tools.
2. Junior Geologist
The Junior Geologist is essential to maintaining our resource integrity. You will support mining activities through field surveys, geological mapping, and rigorous data validation to ensure the quality and quantity of nickel ore meet our strict standards.
* Oversee the entire sampling process—from field collection to laboratory analysis—to ensure geological data accuracy.
* Monitor mining production and provide real-time guidance to heavy equipment operators to minimize contamination and maximize high-quality material yield.
* Conduct systematic audits of contractor performance and sampling procedures to drive continuous improvement.
* Validate production and batching data to provide management with reliable insights for operational decision-making.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Geological Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
* Pengawas Operational Pratama (POP) certification is highly preferred.
* Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
