Established on March 16, 2019, our organization is dedicated to providing young professionals with the essential career guidance, job placement resources, professional training, and educational support needed to thrive in a competitive market.

## Evolution and Independent Leadership
While the concept for Rumah Siap Kerja was initially introduced by Sandiaga Uno during the 2019 presidential campaign, the organization underwent a significant transition in late 2019. Since that time, RSK has operated as a fully independent entity, free from any political affiliations. Under the current leadership of Roestiandi Tsamanov, the organization has solidified its reputation as a trusted Vocational Training Center (LPK).
