We are currently looking for a highly motivated Recruitment Staff member to join our Human Resources department in Karawaci, Tangerang. This is a full-time role designed for individuals who are passionate about talent acquisition and organizational development.
Job Responsibilities
As a member of our HR team, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the recruitment process. Your primary duties will include:
* End-to-End Recruitment: Managing the entire hiring process, starting from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews, extending offers, and facilitating the onboarding experience.
* Talent Sourcing: Proactively attracting top-tier talent via LinkedIn, professional job portals, social media platforms, and networking events.
* Interview Coordination: Acting as a bridge between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless selection process.
* Strategic Pipeline Building: Cultivating a strong, diverse talent pipeline to meet the university’s future staffing needs.
* HR Administration: Assisting with general HR tasks and maintaining accurate recruitment reporting for management review.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess a blend of technical HR knowledge and soft skills:
1. Education: A Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology is mandatory.
2. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in Human Resources, specifically focusing on Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
3. Core Competencies: Demonstrated ability in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
4. Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
5. Work Ethic: The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
6. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a headhunting or professional recruitment agency is considered a significant advantage. Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
