## General Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our projects meet industry benchmarks, we are looking for candidates who possess the right balance of technical expertise and professional dedication.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in a relevant field.
* Experience: Previous experience in HPH (Forestry Concession), HPH Contracting, mining, or large-scale logging operations is highly preferred.
* Mobility: Applicants must be willing to be stationed in remote operational areas.
* Specific Skill Sets:
* Management & Leadership (Roles 1–3): Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are mandatory.
* Technical Proficiency (Role 4): Comprehensive knowledge of Network Engineering (V-Sat), hardware maintenance, software installation, and troubleshooting is required.
* Location: All site-based positions are located in Puruk Cahu, Central Kalimantan.
