Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this rigorous development track, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:

* Hold a Bachelor's degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Agrotechnology.
* Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.25.
* Demonstrate complete flexibility regarding nationwide placement across our facilities and warehouses.
* Willingness to reside in company-provided housing (mess) throughout the duration of the training program.
* Commitment to a 2-year official service bond upon program completion.
* Physically and mentally fit, with no history of color blindness.
* Fully prepared to undergo a demanding, immersive training regimen.
