## 1. Recruitment Staff (AKAD Focus)
The Recruitment Staff plays a pivotal role in maintaining our workforce agility. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycles, ensuring our operational units are fully staffed with high-quality talent through efficient manpower fulfillment strategies.
Core Responsibilities
* Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including mass hiring and manpower fulfillment for operational roles.
* Conduct sourcing, candidate screening, administrative selection, and interviews.
* Manage professional relationships with labor agencies, vendors, and the Department of Manpower (Disnaker).
* Coordinate with internal stakeholders to determine labor requirements, qualifications, and placement targets.
* Conduct domestic business travel to oversee sourcing activities and selection processes across operational sites.
* Maintain accurate records, manage the candidate database, and report on recruitment progress.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Human Resources, Agriculture, or a related field.
* 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, specifically focusing on mass hiring or blue-collar workforce management.
* Strong understanding of AKAD and local labor administrative regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Ability to perform under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage high-volume recruitment targets.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia.
## 2. Financial Monitoring Staff (KSO)
Our Financial Monitoring Staff is essential for maintaining fiscal discipline and transparency. You will oversee financial transactions within our Joint Operation (KSO) units, ensuring that operational activities align with corporate budgetary constraints and strategic plans.
Core Responsibilities
* Control and monitor financial transactions and operational expenses for KSO units.
* Analyze variances between budget allocations and actual expenditures, providing actionable recommendations.
* Verify financial documents, invoices, and payment supporting materials.
* Perform regular financial reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
* Prepare systematic periodic financial reports for management review.
* Coordinate with accounting and operational departments to resolve administrative discrepancies.
* Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external financial audits.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related discipline.
* 2–3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or controlling.
* Solid grasp of accounting principles, budgeting, and financial statement analysis.
* Experience with Joint Operation (KSO) financial frameworks is highly advantageous.
* Strong analytical skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
* High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Integrity-driven, capable of working independently, and managing monitoring tasks across multiple business units simultaneously.
