1. Branch Manager (Full-Time)
As a Branch Manager, you will oversee daily branch operations, drive performance targets, and ensure the delivery of exceptional educational services.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Strong leadership and managerial capabilities.
* Target-oriented and results-driven mindset.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Prepared for a full-time work commitment.
* Placement Locations: Denpasar, Tangerang, or Bintaro.
2. Operational Staff / Office Boy (Full-Time)
Our operational staff members ensure that branch facilities run smoothly, maintaining a clean, orderly, and disciplined environment conducive to learning.
* Requirements:
* Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* High level of attention to detail, discipline, and responsibility.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
* Strong communication skills.
* Prepared for a full-time work commitment.
* Placement Locations: Denpasar, Tangerang, or Bintaro.
* Mandatory Policy: Required to stay at the company-provided employee housing (mess).
3. Physical Training Coach (Part-Time)
This role is vital for preparing candidates aiming for military and police academies (AKPOL/AKMIL) and official state schools.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Guide and train students through structured physical fitness programs.
* Design comprehensive training plans and measurable targets.
* Monitor, evaluate, and report on individual student progress regularly.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Physical Education (PJKR) or a related field.
* Prior experience training military or police cadets is a strong advantage.
* Deep understanding of the physical selection standards for AKPOL, AKMIL, and state academies.
* Maximum age of 30 years old.
* Energetic, disciplined, and communicative.
* Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 08:00 WIB and 16:00 – 18:00 WIB.
* Saturday: Tentative (as required).
4. General Branch Manager
We are also seeking additional leadership candidates to manage branch expansion and operational workflows on an extended schedule.
* Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Proven leadership and advanced managerial skills.
* Strongly target-oriented and focused on achieving institutional goals.
* Willing to work a Monday through Saturday schedule.
5. General Operational Staff
An additional opening for support staff to manage logistics, cleanliness, and facility upkeep.

* Willing to work a Monday through Saturday schedule.
