## Career Opportunity: Warehouse Administrator
We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our growing operations in Karawang. As a key player in our supply chain, you will be responsible for maintaining the precision of our inventory and ensuring that all logistics processes adhere to the highest international standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Inventory Management: Accurately input and update data regarding incoming and outgoing stock movements.
* Reporting & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive warehouse reports and ensure the absolute completeness and accuracy of shipping and storage documentation.
* Operational Compliance: Strictly enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols alongside quality control measures within the warehouse.
* System Proficiency: Utilize advanced ERP systems, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, to monitor real-time stock availability and perform regular cycle counts or stock opname.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate effectively with internal departments to streamline warehouse workflows and meet production timelines.
Required Qualifications
To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field.
2. Professional Experience: At least one year of experience within the pharmaceutical sector, supported by a strong understanding of supply chain management.
3. Technical Expertise:
* Practical knowledge of material handling procedures (receiving, storing, weighing, and shipping).
* Familiarity with GMP (CPOB) standards as mandated by the Ministry of Health and BPOM.
* Understanding of pharmaceutical industry equipment and standard manufacturing processes.
4. Soft Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
