## Who We Are Looking For

* Educational Background: Recent Bachelor’s degree (S1) graduates in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Chemistry.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Chemistry/Chemical Engineering: Familiarity with R&D and manufacturing processes.
* Mechanical Engineering: Understanding of production workflows and industrial maintenance.
* Civil Engineering: Experience or knowledge in building maintenance and facilities management.
* Commitment: Must be available to participate in and complete the full 6-month program.
* Flexibility: Willingness to be based in Citeureup, Bogor, West Java.
