We are actively recruiting skilled Baristas to join our store operations across various cities. We are looking for individuals who are not only technically proficient with coffee machinery but also embody the warmth and professionalism that our brand is known for.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK/MA) or equivalent. Applicants must have completed their studies and are not currently enrolled in school.
* Experience: Proven work experience as a barista in a coffee shop setting is required.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate professional coffee machinery effectively.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills and a strong sense of honesty, discipline, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities
Our Baristas are the face of our brand. Your daily contributions will include:
1. Crafting Quality Beverages: Preparing and serving a wide range of coffee and non-coffee drinks to company standards.
2. Customer Excellence: Delivering top-tier service, greeting every guest with a professional and welcoming attitude.
3. Sales Growth: Actively participating in store promotions, up-selling, and cross-selling initiatives to meet sales targets.
4. Operational Accuracy: Managing sales transactions accurately while serving as a cashier.
5. Facility Management: Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization throughout the workstation and the entire store.
