## Job Vacancy: General Affairs Operator

Key Responsibilities
* Assist with day-to-day General Affairs (GA) administrative duties and operational workflows.
* Manage, organize, and consistently update GA data logs and official documentation.
* Oversee office inventory, including tracking and distributing stationery and supplies.
* Monitor incoming and outgoing logistics, packages, and courier deliveries.
* Greet, welcome, and professionally assist corporate visitors and guests.
* Act as the company receptionist when required, ensuring a warm and professional front-desk experience.
Candidate Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year of hands-on professional experience in General Affairs or as a Receptionist (enthusiastic fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Demonstrates a genuine passion or prior background in reception duties, guest relations, and hospitality services.
