We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Warehouse Staff member. This role is integral to maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our material flow, directly contributing to our operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Staff member, you will be responsible for a range of crucial tasks, including:
* Material Handling: Efficiently receive and accurately process all incoming material transactions.
* Outbound Logistics: Manage and process all outgoing material transactions to support production and distribution.
* Documentation: Prepare, verify, and diligently manage all delivery notes to ensure compliance and traceability.
* Inventory Management: Actively participate in weekly and monthly stock opname (inventory counting) activities to ensure precise stock records.
* Record Keeping: Maintain meticulous filing of all related documents, ensuring they are organized, easily accessible, and compliant with company standards.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this pivotal role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Possess a minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Logistics Management or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: Bring at least one (1) year of proven experience in a similar warehouse or logistics position.
* Language Proficiency: While not mandatory, the ability to communicate effectively in English is preferred and will be a significant advantage.
* Software Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in using SAP systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for daily operations.
* Logistics Knowledge: A robust understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management principles and document control processes.
