## Graduate Trainee Batch 5: Plantation & Nursery
The Graduate Trainee program is designed to cultivate the next generation of industry experts. This rigorous training initiative provides hands-on experience and strategic oversight in managing large-scale forest plantations.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for motivated individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Forestry or Agriculture.
* Academic Excellence: Cumulative GPA between 3.00 and 4.00.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
* Age Limit: Maximum 25 years old at the time of application.
* Status: Must not be currently enrolled in any academic or postgraduate programs.
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed in the operational areas of West Kalimantan.
* Competencies: Demonstrated leadership potential through campus or community involvement, paired with strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
## Program Structure and Training Phases
The development program follows a structured roadmap to ensure participants are fully prepared for operational leadership roles:
1. Bintalfisdis: Intensive training focused on mental fortitude, physical conditioning, and professional discipline.
2. In-Class Training: Comprehensive theoretical modules conducted by industry veterans.
3. On-the-Job Training (OJT): Practical, hands-on field experience within our plantation sites.
4. Graduation: Official placement into permanent roles upon successful completion of all training milestones.
