1. Tender Administration
The Tender Administration specialist is vital to our growth, ensuring that our project bids are competitive, accurate, and submitted according to schedule.
* Prepare, organize, and compile tender documentation in strict accordance with project requirements.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure document completeness and accuracy.
* Monitor tender status and manage follow-ups throughout the bidding lifecycle.

* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* At least 1–2 years of experience in Tender Administration, preferably within the fabrication, construction, or oil and gas sectors.

2. Management Representative
