1. Retail Trainer
The Retail Trainer will be responsible for empowering store personnel and retail partners with comprehensive product knowledge, sales mastery, and operational excellence.
* Educational Qualification: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1).
* Professional Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience as a Trainer or Instructor, preferably in automotive retail, electric bicycle sales, or the mobile device sector.
* Curriculum Development: Proven ability to create, structure, and update complete training programs covering product specifications, sales techniques, customer support, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Delivery Capabilities: Skilled in conducting both interactive classroom lectures and hands-on field instruction.
* Performance Assessment: Aptitude for measuring candidate growth through pre-tests, post-tests, and direct participant evaluation.
* Analytical Review: Ability to perform post-training data analysis to drive continuous learning improvement.

2. General Affairs Specialist

* Work Experience: At least 2 years of direct experience working within a General Affairs department.

* Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Business Management, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
* Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years in retail operational management, area supervision, or store network development.
