Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this career-defining opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Possess a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Metallurgy, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Physics.
* Experience Level: Open to both fresh graduates and professionals with up to one year of experience.
* Core Competencies: Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and exceptional time management abilities.
