## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Dies Operator at PT Indosafety Sentosa Industry, you will play a vital role in maintaining the structural integrity and operational readiness of the production floor's most critical tooling equipment. Your day-to-day duties will require a meticulous approach to mechanical maintenance and cross-functional collaboration.
* Tooling Maintenance and Assembly: Perform routine upkeep, complex repairs, and precise assembly of dies components—including press tools, molds, jigs, fixtures, and spot-welding head repairs.
* Precision Inspection: Conduct rigorous inspections and exact measurements using advanced mechanical measuring equipment such as micrometers, vernier calipers, height gauges, and related instruments.
* Technical Interpretation: Read, analyze, and flawlessly execute tasks based on complex engineering drawings to meet strict production specifications.
* Quality Assurance: Partner closely with the Production and Quality Control (QC) departments to guarantee that all output meets the company's rigorous quality benchmarks.
* Workplace Safety: Uphold exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization, and adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations within the Dies Department.

* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Precision Tooling, or an equivalent relevant discipline.

* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to accurately utilize various mechanical measuring tools.
* Blueprint Literacy: Strong capability in reading and interpreting technical engineering drawings.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on working experience within a Dies Department, with a primary focus on press tools, molds, or jigs.
