Production and Creative Roles
* Responsibilities: Coordinate all production requirements to ensure seamless workflows from pre-production through to post-production.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with at least 1 year of experience in a production house or television station.
* Responsibilities: Translate drama scripts into detailed visual breakdowns, generate consistent AI-based imagery (characters, locations, wardrobe), and produce AI-driven video content while maintaining cinematic continuity.
* Requirements: Proficiency in visual storytelling, AI image/video generation tools, and offline editing software.
* Responsibilities: Manage artist itineraries, travel logistics, and contracts while serving as the primary liaison between talent, promoters, and production teams.
* Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or event organization; strong problem-solving and administrative skills.
Sales and Marketing Excellence
* Responsibilities: Develop high-impact sales strategies, lead the sales team, and identify new business opportunities within the media and licensing sectors.
* Requirements: Minimum 7 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
* Responsibilities: Actively identify business prospects, cultivate client relationships, conduct market analysis, and prepare compelling sales proposals.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing; excellent English proficiency is mandatory.
* Responsibilities: Drive revenue by managing digital and media sales, including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube campaigns, while overseeing the full pitching and negotiation process.
* Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in digital or media sales; deep knowledge of campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPV).
* Responsibilities: Strategically manage digital advertising campaigns to drive business growth and meet organizational targets.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications with at least 2 years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
Technical and Operational Support
* Responsibilities: Build and maintain robust data infrastructure to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the RCTI+ platform and the wider MNC Group.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT or Informatics with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
* Responsibilities: Manage financial consolidation processes, prepare accurate financial statements, oversee general ledgers, and support forecasting and budgeting.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 2–4 years of experience, preferably at the senior level. A strong command of PSAK/IFRS and financial software is essential.
