## Current Vacancies
1. Mechanical Engineer
* Placement: Griya Praja & Griya Nata
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in mining facilities construction. Expertise in AutoCAD, MS Office, and scheduling software (Primavera/MS Project) is essential. A POP certification is highly preferred.
* Key Responsibilities: Reviewing consultant designs for constructability, supervising site mechanical works, resolving technical execution issues, and ensuring all mechanical tasks align with mining safety and environmental standards.
2. Mine Operations Dept. Head
* Placement: Jakarta (Initial) transitioning to Wahau Minesite
* Requirements: 10–15 years of senior-level experience in reputable coal mining. Must possess deep expertise in mine scheduling, budget management, and operational leadership.
* Key Responsibilities: Leading day-to-day mining operations to meet production targets, managing contractor performance, ensuring cost-effective outcomes, and providing expert advice on mining regulations to management.
3. Construction Manager (Mechanical)
* Placement: Bengalon
* Requirements: 15+ years of experience in coal processing plants, bulk material handling, and piping. Proficient in FIDIC 2017, SNI, ASTM, and ASME standards.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing EPC projects, controlling project planning (S-Curves/Gantt), overseeing QA/QC procedures, and ensuring site execution meets rigorous structural and safety compliance.
4. Long Term Mine Planning Engineer
* Placement: Jakarta
* Requirements: Degree in Mine or Geological Engineering with 5+ years of experience in open-pit mining. Must be skilled in software such as Minescape or MineX and have a firm grasp of KCMI codes.
* Key Responsibilities: Developing long-term pit optimization and mine schedules, conducting feasibility studies, performing economic evaluations, and analyzing risks related to mine expansion.
5. Geotechnical Engineer
* Placement: Jakarta (with travel to Nusantara site)
* Requirements: Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering with 5 years of experience. Proficiency in Geo5, Slide, and AutoCAD is required, alongside the ability to interpret borehole and laboratory test data.

6. Document Controller (CSAG)

* Requirements: 3+ years of experience in document control within mining or construction. Must be proficient in Aconex/SharePoint and possess strong organizational skills.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing project documentation (drawings, contracts, and permits), maintaining version control, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and assisting project teams with technical specifications.
