## Management Trainee – Production Department

Key Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure a seamless transition into the fast-paced environment of nickel processing, applicants must meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Work Experience: Open to fresh graduates, or candidates with a maximum of 1 year of professional or internship experience within the manufacturing sector.
* Technical Knowledge: Possess a solid conceptual understanding of nickel processing methodologies, specifically encompassing both pyrometallurgy and hydrometallurgy.
* Core Competencies: Demonstrate exceptional time management, alongside strong verbal communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
