Kilat Power Indonesia is rapidly expanding its footprint in the portable charging solutions industry. As an officially registered company headquartered in the strategic hub of Pantai Indah Kapuk 2, we are dedicated to keeping the city connected through our reliable powerbank rental network. We are currently looking for motivated, hands-on individuals to join our operations team as a Helper to ensure our equipment remains accessible and functional across various locations.
## Role Responsibilities
As an Operations Helper, you will be the backbone of our field services, ensuring that our charging stations are properly installed and maintained. Your daily duties will include:
* Equipment Installation & Removal: Managing the physical setup and decommissioning of powerbank stations at various partner locations.
* Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Performing basic inspections and routine maintenance to ensure machines operate at peak performance.
* Logistics Support: Assisting with the safe transport, loading, and unloading of hardware units.
* Issue Reporting: Maintaining clear communication with the technical team by reporting any malfunctions or operational obstacles encountered in the field.
* Mobile Operations: Traveling between sites as required by company needs to ensure seamless service coverage.
## Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who are physically fit, reliable, and eager to learn. While technical expertise is not a prerequisite, a proactive attitude is essential.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent (SMA/SMK).
* Physical Requirements: Must be in excellent health and capable of performing manual labor, including lifting and moving equipment.
* Attitude: You must be disciplined, responsible, and capable of adhering to standard operating procedures (SOP).
* Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Licensing & Mobility: Possession of a valid SIM C driver’s license and a personal motorcycle is mandatory. Candidates who hold a SIM A license and possess driving proficiency for four-wheeled vehicles will be prioritized.
