PT Korea Energy Indonesia (KOENSIA) serves as a strategic subsidiary of Korea South-East Power Co. (KOEN). Established in early 2018, our organization is dedicated to providing elite maintenance, operations, and technical consulting services for power generation facilities across Indonesia. Our team draws upon decades of collective expertise in the construction, commissioning, and management of complex power plants within the KEPCO (Korea Electric Power Corporation) and KOEN global networks.
Currently, we are expanding our workforce for a landmark project in Sulawesi: the O&M Consortium for the PLTU Palu-3 2×50 MW power plant. We are seeking highly motivated professionals who possess exceptional teamwork and communication skills to contribute to our operational success in Palu, Central Sulawesi.

## Candidate Qualifications
To maintain our high standards of operational excellence, ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:
* Gender: Male.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related engineering discipline.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in the industry.
* Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
* Technical Preference: Priority will be given to candidates with prior, hands-on experience in power plant environments.
