* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school degree (SMK) in Electrical Engineering.
* Technical Expertise: Proficiency in electrical systems (high/low voltage), electrical installation, and panel maintenance.
* Tool Proficiency: Competent in using essential electrical measuring instruments, including multimeters and clamp meters.
* Operational Skills: Capable of executing installations, routine maintenance, and complex system repairs.
