## Open Position: Production Administrator
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Administrator to join our operational team. This role is essential for maintaining accurate data flow and ensuring our production processes run seamlessly.
Core Responsibilities
* Managing and maintaining comprehensive production reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
* Accurately inputting critical operational data, including ritase records, equipment operating hours, and overall site productivity.
* Assisting the production management team by analyzing operational trends and ensuring data integrity across all reporting channels.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Female.
* Age: Between 23 and 30 years old.
* Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
* Experience: At least 1–2 years of professional experience as a Production or Operational Administrator, preferably within the mining sector.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, specifically the ability to utilize functions such as VLOOKUP, IF, SUM, and the creation of data dashboards.
* Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of mining terminology and operational workflows, including overburden removal, hauling, and general extraction processes.
* Personal Attributes: High levels of integrity, extreme attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
