## Graduate Trainee Program (GTP) Overview
Our GTP is an intensive development pathway tailored for graduates who are ready to make a tangible impact on sustainable forest management. We are specifically looking for candidates with academic backgrounds in:

* Industrial Technology
Successful participants will be groomed for critical operational roles, including Plantation Supervisor and Nursery Supervisor, overseeing key stages of our forest production lifecycle.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure our future leaders possess the necessary technical foundation and professional resilience, we invite applicants who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (D4 or S1) in Agriculture, Forestry, or a closely related discipline.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.00 is required.
* Experience Level: We welcome fresh graduates as well as professionals with up to two years of relevant work experience.
* Age Limit: Applicants must be 25 years of age or younger.
* Commitment: Candidates must be prepared to complete a mandatory 6-month intensive training program followed by a 12-month service bond.
