## Current Openings for Operators
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our production floor. These roles are suitable for both fresh graduates and professionals with up to two years of relevant experience.
1. Operator: DCS Wet End and Chemical
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Electrical Engineering (or related).
* Requirements: Proficiency in Distributed Control Systems (DCS), fundamental knowledge of pulp and paper manufacturing, and the ability to thrive under pressure in rotating shifts.
2. Operator: DCS Paper Machine
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Requirements: Strong technical aptitude for DCS operations and a solid understanding of paper machine processes.
3. Operator: DCS Winder
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Requirements: Direct experience or foundational knowledge in DCS management and industrial paper winding operations.
## Specialist Roles for Experienced Professionals
We are inviting seasoned experts with at least four years of experience to lead our specialized technical units.
4. Specialist: Automation Paper Machine
* Expertise: Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and modifying DCS/PLC applications based on process needs, conducting system fault analysis, and maintaining rigorous paper quality standards through precise process control.
5. Specialist: Electrical Paper Machine
* Expertise: Electrical Engineering.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing PLC, DCS, VFD, MCC, generators, and protection systems. Candidates with prior experience in paper machine commissioning, startup, and complex troubleshooting are highly encouraged to apply.
6. Specialist: Instrument Paper Machine
* Expertise: Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
* Key Responsibilities: Overseeing process instrumentation and automation architectures. You must be proficient in DCS, PLC, HMI, SCADA, and QCS platforms, such as those provided by Valmet or Yokogawa.
7. Specialist: Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
* Expertise: Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Key Responsibilities: Implementing TPM methodologies to enhance Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). You will utilize Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and FMEA to optimize maintenance practices.
