1. Operations Administrator
The Operations Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining the flow of critical information between our fleet and our onshore management team.
* Manage comprehensive digital and physical filing systems for all vessel-related documentation and reports.
* Monitor daily vessel reports to track performance and operational status.
* Compile detailed daily report summaries for management review.
* Oversee and track the procurement and logistical requirements for vessels.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day vessel operations.
* Male, holding a degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering.
* A minimum of one year of professional experience in the shipping industry.
* Prior experience in the Oil & Gas shipping sector is considered a distinct advantage.
* Solid understanding of marine machinery, electrical systems, and ship structural integrity.
* Knowledge of Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) is essential.
* Strong collaborative skills with a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
2. HSE & Operations Specialist
Our HSE & Operations department is the heartbeat of our commitment to safety. We are seeking a seasoned professional to uphold our safety standards and operational efficiency.
* Male, preferably with a background in Marine Engineering or related maritime fields.
* Minimum of five years of dedicated experience in an HSE role, preferably within the Oil & Gas shipping sector.
* Must hold the following certifications:
* General K3 Expert (Ahli K3 Umum).
* Internal Auditor for ISM Code, DPA, and ISPS Code Company Security Officer.
* Completion of specialized training, including:
* ISO 31000 (Risk Management).
* ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
* First Aid certification.
* Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS).
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and professional fluency in the English language.
