## Job Title: Production Specialist Operator
As a Production Specialist Operator, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our world-class chocolate products are crafted to perfection while maintaining the highest safety and efficiency standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of production machinery.
* Compliance & Hygiene: Strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure optimal machine performance, cleanliness, and product quality.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate daily logs regarding production output, raw material consumption, and any technical bottlenecks or equipment issues.
* Performance Targets: Ensure the production line meets daily output quotas without compromising on the quality benchmarks set by the company.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following educational and professional requirements:
* Educational Background:
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduates specializing in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a production operator role.
* Diploma (D3) graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
* Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols is essential.
* Core Competencies: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
