## Current Career Opportunities
We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill the following roles within our dynamic operations:
1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will be the backbone of our operational flow, ensuring efficiency from inbound to outbound processes.
* Key Responsibilities: Develop daily inbound/outbound schedules, manage warehouse capacity and manpower allocation, monitor inventory movement, and generate operational performance reports.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree in any major with at least 1 year of experience in warehouse planning. A strong grasp of logistics functions and a passion for continuous improvement are essential.
2. Transport Planner
This role focuses on the seamless synchronization of our distribution network and the accuracy of shipment documentation.
* Key Responsibilities: Generate shipping notes, coordinate with transporters and security for loading/unloading, monitor the Transport Management System (TMS), and oversee Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
* Qualifications: Minimum D3 degree. Requires at least 1 year of experience in transportation planning, proficiency in TMS software, and strong documentation skills.
3. Administration Staff
The Administration Staff ensures that our digital and physical records align perfectly with our sales and logistics activities.
* Key Responsibilities: Process sales orders into delivery orders, manage billing, track equipment movement, and maintain accurate customer master data.
* Qualifications: D3 or S1 degree. Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with SAP or other Warehouse Management Systems. Previous experience in a logistics administrative role is highly preferred.
4. Equipment Operator
Precision and safety are the top priorities for our operators in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
* Key Responsibilities: Perform inbound/outbound tasks, execute picking and put-away with high accuracy, maintain equipment safety checklists, and oversee battery charging.
* Qualifications: High school diploma (SMA/SMK). Must possess a valid Class 2 Forklift SIO registered with TemanK3. Prior experience of at least 2 years and the ability to work in shifts are required.
5. Picker Checker
The Picker Checker plays a vital role in ensuring that every product reaches its destination accurately and efficiently.
* Key Responsibilities: Execute picking tasks using RF Scanners, verify inbound goods against documentation, and assist with loading processes.
* Qualifications: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) with at least 1 year of warehouse experience. Skills in operating pallet movers and possession of a Class 2 Forklift SIO are distinct advantages.
