## Available Positions and Core Responsibilities
We are seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following roles:
* Plantation Supervisor: Manage and oversee daily plantation operations to ensure productivity and sustainability.
* Nursery Supervisor: Direct and monitor seedling propagation and nursery maintenance processes to support healthy forest growth.
## Required Qualifications
To be considered for the Graduate Trainee Batch XXV program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D4) in Agriculture, Forestry, Soil Science, Forest Cultivation, or Forest Plant Breeding.
* Experience Level: Recent graduates are highly encouraged to apply; those with a maximum of one year of professional experience are also eligible.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Personal Attributes: Demonstrates high integrity, a strong sense of self-drive, and resilience in challenging work environments.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed in remote areas within the Ogan Komering Ilir (OKI) region, South Sumatra.
* Commitment: Must be willing to adhere to and fulfill a 1.5-year service bond.
