## 1. Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the bridge between our innovative cooling technology and our clients' operational needs. You will be responsible for driving business growth, building long-term client relationships, and providing technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Consultation: Develop and deliver high-impact technical presentations to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
* Business Development: Generate high-quality sales leads, identify new market opportunities, and strategically win clients from competitors.
* Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the entire sales journey, from initial contact and negotiation to order finalization and delivery coordination.
* Strategic Planning: Set and achieve ambitious sales quotas while providing data-driven feedback to upper management regarding market improvements.
* Collaborative Design: Work closely with engineers and clients to assess specific equipment requirements and provide tailored cooling solutions.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Degrees in Mechanical Engineering or related technical disciplines are strongly preferred).
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, ideally within the HVAC, cooling tower, or industrial equipment sectors.
* Communication: Exceptional command of the English language is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is highly regarded.
* Core Competencies: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, paired with high proficiency in computer applications.
## 2. Project Management Staff
The Project Management team is the backbone of our operational success. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing complex logistics, import regulations, and on-site project execution to ensure our high standards are met on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project schedules and maintain strict adherence to project budgets and cash flow.
* Import and Logistics Management: Oversee the import process, including verification of shipping documentation (BL, PIB, COO), customs clearance, and adherence to current trade regulations.
* Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with local import rules, Lartas/Post-Border requirements, SKA, FTA, and HS code classifications.
* Supplier Coordination: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure all project materials arrive on time and meet strict quality specifications.
* On-Site Execution: Monitor installation progress to ensure projects are delivered in alignment with company targets.
Candidate Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical studies, Management, Economics, or a related field.
* Experience: Previous background in HVAC, cooling towers, or construction is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong academic foundation and the right aptitude are welcome to apply.
* Communication: Fluency in English is mandatory; Mandarin proficiency is a distinct advantage.
