1. Inspector EIT
This role focuses on technical oversight and compliance within the electrical and instrumentation departments.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) or Diploma (D3) in Engineering.
* Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years for degree holders; 8 years for Diploma holders.
* Technical Proficiency: Extensive familiarity with BPCS, SIS, MCMS, and FGS control systems.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in loop testing and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for instrumentation equipment.
* Certifications: Preference given to candidates with BNSP Inspector certification, CompEX, or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.
* Industry Context: Previous experience in oil, gas, or petrochemical environments is essential.
* Placement: Successful candidates must be willing to work in Balikpapan.
2. Instrument Pre-commissioning

* Key Responsibilities: Managing Loop Checks, SAT processes, and overall instrument configuration.
* Industry Context: Proven background within oil and gas or major petrochemical projects is required.
3. Senior Inspector EIT
This senior-level position is reserved for seasoned professionals capable of overseeing complex technical inspection activities.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) or Diploma (D3) in Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 10 years for degree holders or 14 years for Diploma holders, specifically in energy, oil, or gas sectors.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive experience in E&I installation, pre-commissioning, and calibration procedures.
* Operational Skills: Mastery of loop checking, cable testing, grounding, and junction box inspections.
* Documentation: Exceptional ability to maintain meticulous records, prepare comprehensive inspection reports, and manage punch lists.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication and coordination abilities to lead and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
* Placement: Must be willing to be assigned to the Balikpapan site.
