We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our operations. Below are the details for our active vacancies:
1. Junior Project Procurement
This role is essential for ensuring the seamless flow of materials and financial efficiency within our construction projects.
* Develop and manage comprehensive material delivery schedules.
* Exercise strict control over project costs and budget adherence.
* Calculate and track Quantity Variation Orders (QVO).
* Maintain a deep understanding of operational work methodologies.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas construction industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera, or Microsoft Project.
2. Admin Marine
We are looking for an organized individual to oversee the regulatory compliance and documentation of our marine fleet.
* Monitor ship certificates and documentation, coordinating renewals with relevant maritime authorities.
* Plan and facilitate inspections and surveys involving classification societies and third-party inspectors.
* Generate detailed weekly and monthly reports on vessel documentation status.
* Maintain and organize technical catalogs, manuals, and vessel blueprints.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Naval Architecture.
* At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar maritime administrative role.
* Expertise in AutoCAD and Maxsurf software.
* Strong communication skills, exceptional organizational habits, and the ability to work collaboratively.
* Availability for immediate hire to be based in North Jakarta (Jl. Pantai Indah Selatan).
3. Purchasing Staff
Our procurement team requires a detail-oriented individual to manage supplier relations and ensure timely material acquisition.
* Identify, vet, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing based on market analysis.
* Clarify technical specifications with internal users to ensure order accuracy.
* Prepare comparative pricing reports and manage project documentation filing.
* Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from order placement to the verification of delivered goods against Purchase Orders (PO).
* Coordinate with expedition and logistics providers to monitor delivery timelines.
* D3/S1 degree in any field (Information Technology background is a plus).
* 2–3 years of experience in procurement, specifically involving heavy equipment, spare parts, and engineering supplies.
* Technical proficiency with procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining strong communication and agility.
* Willingness to be based at the Buma Group headquarters in North Jakarta.
