## Current Career Opportunity: OCP Assistant (Purchasing Fresh Fruit Bunches / TBS Assistant)
Teladan Prima Agro is currently expanding its operational team and seeking a qualified, driven professional to fill a strategic role at the company site in East Kalimantan.
Key Responsibilities
* Cultivate and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with local farmers and Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB/TBS) suppliers through regular field visits.
* Conduct rigorous quality inspections and grading of FFB in strict adherence to company standards.
* Prepare and process administrative documentation for FFB purchasing contracts.
* Verify that FFB receptions align seamlessly with the Daily Production Report (LHP) from each mill.
* Formulate weekly FFB pricing documentation.
* Manage administrative workflows and documentation related to FFB billing and payments.
* Compile precise and timely reports concerning FFB procurement expenditures.
* Maintain a systematic, organized filing and archiving system for all purchasing records.
* Monitor market intelligence, competitor pricing, and regional FFB procurement strategies.
General Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 (three) years of proven experience in FFB procurement collaborations or serving as a Plasma Assistant.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Work Location: On-site, East Kalimantan.
