## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the safety and productivity of our site, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) diploma, with a preference for D3/S1 holders depending on the specific role.
* Experience: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within the coal mining industry is mandatory.
* Certifications:
* Management & Safety Roles: Hauling Supervisor, Jetty Foreman, Plant & Maintenance Foreman, and Safety Officer positions require a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
* Technical Roles: Welder candidates must possess a valid Professional Welder Certification.
* Professional Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), mining operations, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication, effective coordination, and a proven ability to thrive within a team environment.
* Performance Driven: Must be capable of working under strict targets within the unique demands of a mining site.
* Health & Availability: Physically fit for field operations, willing to be based in South Kalimantan, and able to adapt to the company’s 10:2 work roster.
