## The Role of a TransNusa Flight Attendant
As a Flight Attendant with TransNusa, you serve as the face of the airline and the primary guardian of passenger safety. This role is designed for service-oriented individuals who excel in high-pressure environments and possess a passion for hospitality. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Safety Excellence: Conducting mandatory safety briefings and ensuring all cabin protocols are strictly followed during every phase of the flight.
* Passenger Experience: Managing boarding procedures, addressing passenger inquiries, and providing exceptional service to ensure comfort and satisfaction.
* Regulatory Compliance: Adhering to rigorous aviation regulations and company policies to maintain a secure cabin environment.
* Team Collaboration: Working closely with the flight deck and cabin crew to foster a positive, efficient, and professional atmosphere.
## Candidate Requirements
To maintain our high standards of service and safety, we are looking for experienced candidates who meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
* Aviation Qualifications: Must be an experienced Flight Attendant holding a valid Indonesian DGCA Flight Attendant Certificate (FAC). Candidates must have an A320 rating or be non-rated with a completed recurrent and competency check dated within 2024.
* Documentation: Possession of a valid passport and a second-class Certificate of Medical (COM) with at least six months of remaining validity.
* Physical Standards:
* Women: Minimum height of 160cm (barefoot).
* Men: Minimum height of 170cm (barefoot).
* Reach: Minimum arm reach of 210cm for all candidates.
* Professional Appearance: No visible tattoos and no dental braces.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Mandarin or additional foreign languages is considered a distinct advantage.
* Personal Attributes: Excellent health, a clean bill of fitness, and the ability to join the company immediately.
* Flexibility: A willingness to be deployed to various operational bases, including MDC (Manado), DPS (Bali), CGK (Jakarta), or other locations designated by the company.
