* Operational Support: Assisting in the comprehensive planning and seamless execution of daily mining operations.
* Data Analysis: Evaluating technical data derived from exploration and production phases to optimize project outcomes.
* Technical Documentation: Preparing detailed technical reports and maintaining thorough project documentation.

## Candidate Qualifications
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess strong technical fundamentals and a proactive approach to problem-solving. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Female, maximum 27 years of age, holding at least a Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related technical discipline.
* Experience Level: Preference will be given to fresh graduates who demonstrate a solid understanding of fundamental mining processes and safety regulations.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to utilize industry-standard mining software, such as Surpac or Minescape.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to thrive both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team player.
* Additional Advantage: Possession of a basic K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) certification will be considered a significant plus.
