1. Food Techno Commercial (Technician)
As a Food Techno Commercial specialist, you will act as a vital bridge between our cutting-edge sanitation solutions and our clients' operational success.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain optimal inventory levels at client sites, ensuring zero stockouts, managing expiration dates meticulously, and enforcing strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) protocols.
* Guarantee the immediate availability of replacement spare parts whenever operational needs arise.
* Deliver exceptional technical support, including live product demonstrations, troubleshooting minor technical hurdles, and conducting comprehensive client training on equipment and chemical usage in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Execute regular client visits equipped with comprehensive toolkits and test kits for on-the-spot evaluations.
* Conduct thorough site surveys and draft detailed assessment reports prior to any machinery or equipment installation.
* Perform professional equipment installations while ensuring the workspace is immaculate upon project completion.
* Encourage and remind clients to complete Customer Satisfaction Forms to help us measure service quality.
* Compile and submit structured daily activity reports to management.
Candidate Requirements
* Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant discipline.
* Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a technical or commercial support role.
2. IT Support Staff
Our IT Support team forms the technological backbone of our enterprise, ensuring seamless digital operations, robust network security, and reliable hardware infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and update corporate websites and internal company portals.
* Monitor network performance and conduct routine infrastructure checks.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
* Perform preventive maintenance, including routine cleaning and diagnostic checks on all company computers across departments.
* Ensure the integrity and security of regular data backups, including financial systems (Accurate) and overarching corporate databases.
* Escalate severe IT infrastructure failures to senior management immediately.
* Inventory, catalog, and label company technological assets for accurate reporting to the Finance and Administration Department.
* Handle additional administrative and operational duties as assigned by leadership.
