The Sports Business Management Agency (LPUK), formerly recognized as the Sports Fund and Business Management Agency (LPDUK), stands as a dedicated Public Service Agency under the Ministry of Youth and Sports. ## General Eligibility Criteria

## Available Professional Positions
LPUK is currently recruiting for two distinct roles within its organizational structure.
1. Head of Sports Marketing Management Division
This leadership role is critical for driving the organization's financial viability through strategic planning and asset commercialization.
* Developing comprehensive business plans, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
* Proactively managing marketing risks.
* Overseeing the commercialization of sports-related assets and professional services.
* Age: Maximum 40 years old.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Management.
* Experience: Minimum of 7 years in marketing, with at least 3 years in a Sales or Marketing Manager role, and 2 years of specific experience in the sports industry.
* Core Competencies: Proficiency in asset marketing strategy, advanced negotiation skills, deep analytical capabilities for partnership identification, and proven leadership and managerial expertise.
2. General Division Staff
This role serves as the backbone of the organization, ensuring efficient operations and effective external communications.
* Managing public relations (PR) initiatives.
* Maintaining organized administrative archiving systems.
* Providing executive-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
* Age: Maximum 28 years old.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Management, Communications, Office Administration, Archival Science, or Secretarial studies.
* Experience: Preference given to candidates with at least 1 year of experience in PR, Marketing, Secretarial support, or Social Media management.
* Core Competencies: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in office software and IT tools, high attention to detail, and a strong understanding of executive-level secretarial protocols.
