* Team Leader (1 Position)
Education & Experience:* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
Certification:* Intermediate Expert in Construction Management (Ahli Madya Manajemen Konstruksi).
* Water Supply and Sanitation Expert (1 Position)
Education & Experience:* Bachelor’s or Applied Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) in Civil Engineering, Sanitary Engineering, or Environmental Engineering with at least 3 years of experience.
Certification:* Junior Expert in Water Supply Engineering or Junior Expert in Environmental Engineering for Construction Services.
* Road Engineering and Building Structure Expert (1 Position)
Education & Experience:* Bachelor’s or Applied Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Certification:* Junior Expert in Road Engineering or Junior Expert in Building Structure Engineering.
* HSE / Construction Safety Expert (1 Position)

## General Requirements for Applicants

6. Willingness to Relocate: Fully prepared to reside and be stationed at the project site in Lumut Nauli Village, Lumut Subdistrict, Central Tapanuli Regency throughout the 2026 fiscal year project duration.
## Core Responsibilities by Role
1. Team Leader Duties
* Provide timely reports to the Commitment Making Officer (PPK) for rapid decision-making regarding rehabilitation, minor preliminary works, and technical adjustments.
* Coordinate all technical experts and support personnel regularly, inspect field operations, and issue formal written instructions to construction service providers.
* Facilitate community socialization and engagement throughout the poverty alleviation project lifecycle.
* Ensure contractors fully comprehend contract documents, adhere to technical specifications and blueprints, and apply appropriate construction methodologies.
* Monitor daily physical and financial progress, evaluate project schedules, and formulate formal written recommendations to resolve delays.
2. Water Supply and Sanitation Expert Duties
* Apply regulations concerning construction services, occupational health and safety (K3), environmental control, and quality assurance.
* Organize and execute commissioning activities for pipeline networks and sanitation facilities, compiling comprehensive testing reports.
* Supervise sanitation and water supply construction work in the field, ensuring absolute compliance with contractual documents and design drawings.
* Review shop drawings, structural analyses, and material quantities prior to implementation.
* Supervise the creation of accurate as-built drawings and maintain organized archives of design documentation and correspondence.
3. Road and Building Structure Expert Duties
* Supervise structural construction activities and manage the commissioning phase of structural assets.
* Oversee compliance with construction safety standards (K3) and environmental management protocols.
* Evaluate contractor-submitted shop drawings, structural calculations, and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) data.
* Perform routine field inspections, monitor construction progress against approved schedules, and report deviations directly to the Team Leader.
* Coordinate the preparation of physical-financial progress reports and archive project correspondence securely.
4. HSE / Construction Safety Expert Duties
* Supervise the fulfillment of construction safety requirements to promote orderly execution within the sector.
* Oversee the active implementation of the Construction Safety Management System (SMKK) documents.
* Collaborate with the contractor's HSE engineer to identify workplace hazards, assess impact probabilities, and establish preventive and corrective safety programs.
* Monitor environmental management and mitigation plans to minimize ecological disruption caused by construction activities.
* Evaluate workplace accidents, analyze root causes, and maintain meticulous records concerning occupational health and safety.
5. Support Inspectors and Supervisors Duties
* Verify the operational readiness of construction equipment, safety gear, and material samples (mock-ups) submitted by contractors.
* Conduct periodic site visits, analyze daily work progress (opname), and document daily findings.
* Identify potential workplace hazards and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols among all active personnel.
* Report any field discrepancies immediately to the designated Technical Expert or Team Leader.
6. Administrative and Support Staff Duties (Secretary, Administrator, Drafter)
Secretary:* Manage official correspondence, archive study reports, organize meeting agendas, manage schedules, and facilitate clear internal and external communication channels.
Administrator:* Record and archive essential project documents including contracts, shop drawings, meeting minutes, and handover records (BAST).
Drafter:* Validate engineering drawings for accuracy, update blueprints based on field adjustments, ensure compliance with building codes, and maintain secure digital archives of all design revisions.
