# Career Opportunity: Become a Community Facilitator for the 2026 Housing Renovation Program
The Balai Pelaksana Penyediaan Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (BP3KP)—the specialized technical unit under the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas—is dedicated to advancing infrastructure development across Indonesia. Operating through 19 regional units ranging from Java to Papua, this organization plays a pivotal role in upgrading living standards nationwide.
BP3KP Jawa III is currently inviting qualified professionals to contribute to the 2026 Home Renovation Program (Bedah Rumah) for the Central Java and D.I. Yogyakarta regions. We are seeking 120 dedicated Community Facilitators (Tenaga Pendamping Masyarakat - TPM) to support this transformative initiative.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure the high-quality delivery of housing improvements, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Citizenship: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Age Range: Between 20 and 60 years old.
* Legal Standing: Must not be subject to any criminal, civil, or administrative sanctions.
* Political Neutrality: Not affiliated with or serving as a member of any political party.
* Physical & Mental Health: Must be in good health and capable of performing all required duties.
* Commitment: Willing to work on a full-time basis throughout the contract period.
* Technical Literacy: Proficient in operating computers and digital-based electronic systems.
* Preferred Qualifications:
* Educational background in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Infrastructure Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related construction fields.
* Completion of technical training or certifications related to building construction.
* A minimum of one year of experience in housing renovation programs or similar community development projects.
* Residency within or near the designated project implementation areas.
