* Educational Background:
* President Director: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Economics, Management, Law, or Administration.
* Technical Director: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering.
* Age Limits: Applicants must be between 35 and 55 years old at the time of application.
* Integrity: Must have no history of bankruptcy, criminal conviction, or involvement in financial malfeasance.
* Conflict of Interest: No current political party affiliation, nor any familial relations (up to the third degree) with the Regent or the Board of Supervisors.
## Competency and Professional Qualifications
Beyond general requirements, candidates must demonstrate technical proficiency:
* Management Certification: Must hold a valid Drinking Water Management Expert Certificate (minimum "Muda" level).
* Strategic Insight: Demonstrated understanding of regional government administration and sector-specific management.
* Professionalism: Proven track record in organizational development and operational efficiency.
## The Selection Process
The recruitment process is structured to ensure that only the most qualified candidates are selected through these rigorous stages:
1. Administrative Review: Verification of completeness and authenticity of application documents.
2. Competency Assessment (UKK):
* Psychometric Testing conducted by professional examiners.
* Written technical examinations focusing on corporate business plans (President Director) and water supply system optimization (Technical Director).
3. Paper Submission: Original, analytical papers regarding business strategy and operational efficiency.
4. Presentation and Interview: Candidates will present their strategic vision and undergo a competency-based interview.
5. Final Interview: Conducted directly by the Regent of Gunungkidul with the top three finalists.
## Registration Procedure

If the number of applicants is fewer than three, the committee will extend the registration period up to two times.
